Targeted COVID Recovery (Bangladesh, 2023–2024)

Role: Technical Program Manager, GiveDirectlyBudget: $5.12MLed the technical design and delivery of a cash transfer program supporting 22,600 recipients impacted by COVID-19 and the Rohingya crisis. Built ML-based infrastructure for data targeting, stakeholder coordination, and payment systems — demonstrating scalable tele-targeting for emergency response.

Health Cash Transfers for HIV & Cancer Patients (Malawi, 2022–2024)

Role: Technical Program Manager, GiveDirectlyBudget: $1.24MManaged end-to-end implementation of a cross-sectoral cash-transfer program improving health outcomes for 1,080 patients across 13 districts. Applied agile methodologies to coordinate field, data, and health teams, ensuring seamless delivery and robust data collection.

UNICEF AGOO Hotline (Ghana, 2020–2022)

Role: Design & Implementation Project Manager, Viamo TechnologiesBudget: $950KManaged the full lifecycle of Ghana’s nationwide IVR hotline serving as a social and health information center during COVID-19. Delivered over 3.9M educational messages to youth, and coordinated a 12-member team and 4 key external stakeholders. Over 250,000 Daily Active Users (DAU)

Subscription Payments for Mobile Wallets (Ghana, 2019–2020)

Role: Product ManagerBudget: $150KLaunched Ghana’s first third party mobile money repeat payments system by integrating with MTN and Vodafone. Managed backlog, user research, and technical architecture — the product generated $100K+ revenue within 6 months and established a new fintech capability.

Mercy Corps Entrepreneurship Audio Program (Bahamas, 2021)

Budget: $235K
Designed and deployed a mobile-based audio learning program for over 5,000 entrepreneurs, delivering financial literacy content through IVR to improve access for remote learners. This model later influenced other education-sector initiatives.

Boosting Green Employment & Financial Inclusion (Ghana, 2021)

Role: Design & Implementation Project Manager, Viamo Technologies
Budget: $342K
Led the design and rollout of the Green Project, a financial inclusion IVR program executed in partnership with Fidelity Bank Ghana and UNCDF. The initiative reached over 120,000 unbanked Ghanaians, promoting savings and sustainable economic behavior through digital financial literacy content.The project showcased how collaboration between tech platforms and banking institutions can expand access to Digital Financial Services (DFS), build financial capacity among vulnerable groups, and drive inclusive green growth across underserved communities.

Malaria Prevention Mobile Survey Program (Tanzania, 2021)

Role: Design & Implementation Project Manager, Viamo Technologies
Budget: $139K
Led a mobile-based research project on malaria prevention for the Tanzania Vector Control Activity (TVCA), targeting over 79,500 residents nationwide. The study piloted the use of interactive voice response (IVR) surveys in Kiswahili to assess bed net ownership and access as a rapid, cost-effective alternative to traditional field surveys.The project demonstrated the feasibility of mobile phone–based data collection for public health monitoring and was later published in the Malaria Journal as “Estimation of Bed Net Coverage Indicators in Tanzania Using Mobile Phone Surveys.”

The Luckiest Africa – Digital Gaming Platform (Ghana & Nigeria, 2022–2026)

Role: Product Specialist & Consultant, True Palm Technologies + Genius Loci
Budget: $3.5M
Spearheaded the full product lifecycle — from concept and design to launch — of The Luckiest Africa, a digital gaming and entertainment platform with over 1 Million users across its first three years. Oversaw cross-platform development spanning Android, iOS, Web, and USSD to ensure inclusive access and engagement.Currently leading the market expansion into Nigeria, managing regional operations, systems integration, compliance, and user acquisition strategies. The project illustrates how local innovation and data-driven design can build sustainable digital ecosystems in emerging markets.
